Cancellation & Modification Policy

  • Cancellation of Registration
    • Cancellations received until April 1st will be eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations received from April 2nd to June 15th will receive a 50% refund of the total fee.
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after June 15th or for no-shows.

  • Name Changes / Substitutions
    • Participant substitutions are permitted with an administrative fee of 50,00€ for any changes.

  • Modification of Registration Details
    • Changes to registration details (invoice information, contact details, etc.) must be requested
      in writing to the       iarc2026@eventure.gr .
    • Administrative fees may apply depending on the type of modification.

  • Refund Method
    • All approved refunds will be processed after the conference and will be made
      via the original payment method. Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant
